Done-for-you social media for independent gyms, studios and small businesses. You send the raw clips. I turn them into a month of posts that bring people through the door — and I actually show up every week.
You're coaching, opening up, closing down and running the business. Social is the thing that gets done at 10pm, or doesn't get done at all.
Four posts in a good week, then silence through a busy month. The algorithm punishes the gaps, and the momentum you built disappears.
Sessions, PBs, class energy, happy members — all sat in your phone. The content already exists. Nobody's turning it into anything.
No sense of which posts brought enquiries and which were shouting into the void. So every month you start again from a guess.
Fifteen minutes of your time a month. That's the deal.
One call to pin down how you sound, who you're trying to reach and the one number that matters — usually trial bookings or enquiries.
Drop raw footage and notes into a shared folder whenever. I write, edit and schedule a full month — you see the calendar and approve it in one go.
Posts go out on schedule. Comments and DMs get answered. On the same date each month you get three numbers, what I learned, and what I'm changing.
No setup fees, no ad spend hidden in the invoice, no twelve-month contracts. Three months minimum, because social doesn't show results in four weeks and I won't pretend otherwise.
Any paid advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta or Google — it never goes through me, so you keep full visibility of every pound. I take on a limited number of clients at a time so that each one gets real attention rather than a queue.
I'm Christopher. I've spent over eight years in IT infrastructure and security, looking after networks and business accounts where things going wrong isn't an option. BladeIT is my company, and social is one half of what it does.
That background matters more than it sounds. Handing someone the keys to your business accounts is a real risk, and most people you'd hire for this have never thought about it for a second.
You already do. Most of what I need is the footage sitting in your phone — sessions, classes, members, the day-to-day. Send it whenever, in a batch. If there's a gap I'll tell you exactly what to point a camera at, and it's never more than a couple of minutes' work.
I use AI as a drafting tool, the same way a designer uses Photoshop — and then I edit every single one so it sounds like you and says something true. What I won't do is send you generic filler with your logo on it. If a post could belong to any gym in Britain, it doesn't go out.
Because anything shorter is a coin toss. It takes about six weeks of consistent posting before you can tell what's actually working. One month of good content proves nothing, and I'd rather turn down the job than take money for something I can't stand behind.
After the initial three months it's rolling with thirty days' notice either way. Your accounts are yours, your content is yours, and I'll hand over everything scheduled before I go.
No — and be careful with anyone who says it is. The monthly fee pays for my work. Any advertising spend goes directly from your card to Meta or Google, so you always see exactly where it went.
Gyms and studios are where I focus, because I understand what drives sign-ups there. I also work with salons, independent trades and other local service businesses. If you're not sure you fit, ask — I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right person.
A short screen-recorded video where I go through your accounts and give you the three specific things I'd change first, with reasons. No slide deck, no pitch attached. You can take it away and do it yourself — plenty of people do, and that's genuinely fine.
Send me your Instagram handle and I'll record you a two-minute breakdown of the three things I'd change first. No charge, no obligation, and useful whether we work together or not.
